Tracking Patriot Support Cases
Some customers may be unaware that they can check the progress
of their support incidents via the secure Client/Distributor
zone of the Patriot web site.
By following the Registration and Support link authorised
persons can check the progress of current support incidents for
their CMS. It’s also possible to review closed incidents and to
see all the resolution detail recorded by Patriot support staff.
Don’t forget too, that in the same area of the Patriot web site,
you can post requests for development, download the latest
Patriot software builds and review the Patriot technical support
library.
