Video and Image verfication events can be sent to Patriot via the Surgard V alarm receiver. Operators can pick up the activation event and then will be shown the video verification or image verification in the standard video interface.

Autodial

A simple click of phone numbers from within Patriot response screens and User lists will autodial clients, response teams and users. Autodial works with TAPI, Asterisk, AVAYA, BRIA, Broadsoft ( Cisco ) and Click to DIAL.



Call Popping

When an inbound call is received, the call information will display in the bottom left of the Patriot Client window and pop up the client details automatically. Improve customer service and request handling time by eliminating the need to ask the caller for account information. Call Popping works with Autodial works with TAPI, Asterisk and Broadsoft ( Cisco ).

Features:

Patriot's powerful Paging modules automate dispatch and alarm response. Many universities, public authorities, tourist resorts and industrial complexes have in-house security departments but it is not cost effective to have personnel covering 24/7 alarm monitoring shifts.

Patriot in conjunction with messaging enables security personnel to leave the monitoring station to attend to an alarm while signals continue to be automatically processed and despatched to pagers.

Messages can be sent to a security patrol in a matter of seconds. This reduces operator delay and ensures that response staff receive the signal and description first hand, reducing potential confusion.

  • The module is compatible with most paging systems whether in-house or via telecommunications providers & supports the PET Protocol.

  • Notifications can be sent to any number of recipients and are usually received on standard pocket pagers.

This module allows clients who aren't actively monitored to be stored in the Patriot database, but not to use up a full monitored client in the license. The number of monitored and non-monitored clients is calculated separately, and the totals are displayed in the Help window.


Non Monitored Accounts are used for...

  • Sites that are under renovation and need the monitoring temporaraliy stopped.

  • In the intermin when a residental home is sold and the new owners are moving in and no monitoring contract has been completed.

  • Temporary monitored sites such as holiday homes and mobile sites.

Patriot SDK comes in three flavours which can be used in various ways to interact with third party software, devices and hardware. This allows stations to integrate with Lone Worker devices, create phone apps for their clients to view and update details, connect to DVR and camera systems or receive signals direct from alarm panels.

Features:

  • The JSON API is a SWAGGER self documenting API that allows signals to be sent and receive by Patriot stations, requests for client data to be made to the Patriot database and other POST and GET requests to be made.

  • The Task SDK will enable third party software developers to integrate their own receivers and other signal receiving devices into Patriot via a task and signals will be logged to the Patriot database.

  • The task is able to insert clients into the database, type checking and data validation are performed on insert.

  • An assignable task can be created. The task can be assigned to various response plans, as per the standard Patriot email or SMS task. When a signal triggers this response plan the task will be notified and can respond accordingly, like send the event onto another piece of software in whatever customised format is required.

  • The task can also respond to operator initiated events during an activation. A button can be displayed on the Activation window, and when pressed, the task can perform whatever function is required.

  • The Camera Integration Plugin enables 3rd party software developers to plug in a camera interface. When a camera is to be viewed from Patriot, a request will be made through the Patriot camera interface. The 3rd party integration can then display any content required in the integrated camera window, or interface with any other external application.

The Patriot Telephony Module automates many of the repetitive and time consuming tasks required of monitoring station operators by allowing customers to interact with Patriot using their phone's keypad. With interactive option menus and pin security this autmoates time consuming Operator tasks and CMS functions such as late to close management, guard health checks and site status queries.

They can be fully interactive with option menus, PINs and user responses all being used to provide customer service with minimal operator involvement. The Telephony module is a key component of Patriot's Lone Worker application. Used in conjunction with the Text Messaging module, Telephony provides failsafe incident reporting for lone workers.

Patriot Workstations can be deployed off site via WAN, Internet and VPN. Remote workstations use Microsoft Terminal Services and no additional licensing is required. Allows Monitoring Stations with clients in multiple cities where local operators and response are required to be intergrated and when applied with Patriot Enterprise this enables activations to be filtered by location directly to local operators.

Patriot will activate or deactiviate SIMS card on the JASPER service when an account is commissioned and decommissioned in the Patriot UI.

Response from the JASPER service can be received in Patriot for fault diagnostics.

The Advanced Text Messaging Module will enable you to provide a more responsive service to your customers and maximize your monitoring station's profitability.

  • Receive acknowledgement of messages.

  • Individually Acknowledge SMS Text Message (GSM).

  • Text messages can be targeted at response personnel according to their shift patterns. This is particularly useful in elderly care facilities where staff shift patterns require targeted messaging.

  • The module is added to existing Patriot installations quickly and easily by remote license update. No reinstallation or database upgrade is required.

Example:

A User can be messaged on a Late to Close and if they don't acknowledge the alarm it can be passed to another User or a station Operator.

The Equipment Tab module allows stations to add in additional information about the devices and equipment at the site. The Equipment Tab list details are also able to be viewed through the Web Portal ( ICA ) interface.
